Moses Sparks is an award-winning commercial and editorial photographer based in Los Angeles. He works for a wide range of entertainment, corporate, magazine, and music clients.
A graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, he has also studied at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena and is a member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP).
Moses has worked as a consultant for Art Center and numerous corporate clients on training, workflow, and archiving of digital images.
Moses held the title of Staff Photographer for Universal Studios for over 10 years, shooting publicity and media events, celebrities, and top ranking executives.
Moses has photographed many famous personalities, including: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Matthew McConaughey, Ron Howard, Michelle Pfeiffer, Jamie Lee Curtis, Billy Crystal, Billy Bob Thornton, Bill Cosby and many others.
Moses has freelanced for Fortune 500 companies including: Public Storage, Bank of America, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Disney, Blue Cross, DirecTV, Farmers Insurance Group, OPI, Jafra Cosmetics International and The Los Angeles Lakers.
Publication credits include: Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, Harper’s Bazaar, LA Style, Mix, Sound on Sound, and the Los Angeles Times.
Moses has covered the Revlon Run/Walk for Women as the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s exclusive photographer for 7 consecutive years.
In the fine art field, Moses received a grant from Ilford Photo Corporation for “The Human Forest”, a series of original photographs that was exhibited as a one-man show in Los Angeles, Portland, and Seattle. He has also served as a curator for LA-ART, a group co-op of young artists and galleries.
Moses lives in Burbank, California with his wife and two children.
